This dog park has drinking water, benches, and mulch ground cover.
Much like Clarendon, this dog park floor is wooden mulch, but it's a large dog park with nice benches and water fountains. Parking is easy and the day I was there, the "dog crowd" was very well behaved. I have a white bichon and she wasn't all that dirty by the end of the day!
