Michigan - In April 2007 the Michigan Supreme Court got a case based on a new dog park. The City of Birmingham vs Bloomfield Estates Improvement Association are arguing over whether the the "strictly residential" piece of property can contain a dog park. Also, Ottowa County allows off leash use in Open Space Land but hunting is also allowed on this land.
