My dog and I visited this park for the first time mid-day, mid-week. There were only two other dogs who were apparently from the same household/pack. While not aggressive per se, the dogs engaged in systematic intimidation of my dog (who out weighed each by three to one) and another dog who attempted to enter the park to play. The dogs owner did not attempt to curb the behavior.

That aside, the park was clean and well maintained with a big open field nearby and a paved walking trail. I think on the weekend or during evenings/mornings the park is probably better populated for socialization. The park is covered by a bark substrate, which will be difficult for dogs with sensitive feet and is not suitable for persistent diggers. If you live nearby take a look at this park, but it is not worth the drive if you live more than a few minutes away.
