Great neighborhood dog park

I come from the midwest to visit my son who lives in this neighborhood. I enjoy taking his dog to the park and this one is tucked away under the highway just a short walk from his condo. Very safe - nice folks and dogs.

Neighborhood Dog Park

This is a great dog park. Its a neighborhood park and I hope it stays that way. If you live in Blossom Hill or Almaden... you should probably stay there. If you like to venture out and try new parks, then this would be good for you. However, this is primarily a neighborhood park. This is a great, safe neighborhood. Most homes are nice craftsman or victorian homes over 600k. The townhomes nearby are beautiful. Great park for locals. If you are looking for a cookie cutter suburban park... don't come here.

Small park tucked away

This park was a little tricky to find.  It is back behind Ryland Park at the intersection of Ryland St and N San Pedro; it is not directly accessible from Coleman.  In fact, Coleman is the street going overhead.  It is said that this park stays quite dry in the winter time when it is raining.  The dog enclosure is 100% gravel and is almost fully shaded.  The neighborhood is new apartments and old homes but is not in the safest part of the city.
