Other Notes: This dog park has a separate area for small dogs, plenty of parking, picnic tables, and public phones. No pot belly pigs or ferrets allowed (according to the city website.) There is a yahoo group associated with this dog park (we do not normally link to yahoo groups but this one seems to be open to the public.)

Sepulveda Basin Dog Park, Encino, CA

We are The Friends of the Sepulveda Basin Dog Park, located in Encino. We are here to create the best dog park experience in the biggest public dog park on the West Coast. Our park contains 6.5 acres, and is divided into three separate and fenced sections; small dogs under 20 lbs., timid and less active dogs, and larger dogs. The facility is more than 12 years old and has a large following, especially on weekends.
