Dogs sometimes bite. The park has nothing to do with it. If you need protection bring a squirt bottle with water and a little hot sauce mixed in and just keep an eye on your dog. Parks are a great place to bring dogs and yes, there is always a chance of a fight but stay close and use the squirt bottle if needed. People get into car accidents too but no one blames the street for letting it happen. Enjoy the park and please don't let these other people discourage you from going to any dog park.

Great dog park! Large fenced (separated) area for both large and small dogs. I believe the aggression of other dogs is NO reflection on the quality of the park. Maintained well. Masters/owners need to leash their dogs should they display aggressive behaviors towards other dogs.

I have also experienced aggressive dogs at this dog park. Many people bring large aggressive dogs to this park and allow them to run free. My experience is that these dogs are not even trained to come when their owners call them. I've even had one experience where a boxer was jumping all over ME and would not come when it's owner called. I would NOT recommend this park...it's very crowded and there are lots of big, out of control dogs.

My 14 months old goldendoodle (golden retriever and poodle mix)got chased and bit deep by a black dog which looks like rottweiler mix in this big dog park yesterday Sept 13 Sunday around 6:15pm . The owner didn't step forward to take responsibility. I took her to the emergency, and the vet gave her sedation and did under layer construction. The bite is deep, not only on the skin. I don't understand why people take aggressive dog to a dog park which is very dangerance to other dogs. I went there because I read the review which has 5 star rating on yelp for this park. But I will never go back there again. You should watch out for aggressive dog there too. Don't let your dog be the next victim.

I go to this dog park all the time! Big fenced in area, one for small dogs, one for bigger dogs. We always have a great time!
