santa monica small dog park should be only for small dogs!

There are a clique of regulars who try to run the park. These are regulars who go everyday and take over. I feel that the park should be more democratic. And bullying and cattle dogs who herd should go to the large dog park. The park has potential yet a lot of people I know with small dogs feel uncomfortable due to the bullying and cliques. Play is not meant to be aggressive unless you are into dog fights.

We stopped by here while traveling. Looked nice and very clean. Didn't know they had a "Santa Monica only" rule. Pretty stupid. Our dog is small so we tried the small dog section, but the small dog owners had little experience.
All-in-all, a nice looking park. But the locals only rules means we won't bother
fail.
