Oakland - Costume and Photo day

Oakland Animal Shelter (OAS) is sponsoring photos of your pet in costume (your own or borrowed on
site) are only $15 and of course there is a pet costume contest.

The
party goes from 12-4pm at the Oakland Animal Shelter, 1101 29th Avenue,
